I think it's better to sart with hirigana but that's just my opinion. after hirigana do katakana after that some basic grammar and verb conjugations. Then if you mastered those start with kanji and advanced grammar. This is the way I do it and it's working perfectly well for now ^^

Hiragana is the one you want to start with. Katakana is mainly for foreign words only, so it wouldn't really make sense to start with that.
Kanji characters are 2000+ characters borrowed from China, and you should learn them gradually as you learn Japanese. |
