Sorry, dead tired and about to go to bed or I'd go into this in more detail, but 々 isn't kanji, it's technically 踊り字, one of several used to represent consonant repetition. (It's called "dou no jiten," and can be brought up in IME/Japanese language input on your computer by typing どう and space bar-ing down.) See
