How do you stream by computer standard free-to-air Japanese TV into Australia i.e Channels 1,3,4,5 etc.?

Assuming it works in Japan, you have someone hook it up to their TV, and then you can watch Japanese TV...right?

I don't care how. This was an alternative but apparently requires cash payment
