Anime Channels In America
 

:cool: So recently I wanted to get the funimation channel on my satellite dish but they said they didn't have that channel. WHAT UP? Does anybody know which channels are available in America to watch anime shows, (I don't really care if they're in Japanese subtitled with English)

well, i watch all my anime at night/early morning on adult swim aka cartoon network. but thts all i know of.

besides what was mentioned above, sometimes they play some anime on Fuse. and then i heard about an "anime network" but i don't really know much about it sorry :confused: ...
you can also watch anime on the internet :)

There's usually anime channels, but you'd have to pay extra money like for HBO or something like that.

Adult Swim doesn't satisfy me, but on Comcast you can sometimes pay or watch anime episodes for free.

yeah, I have to pay to get 10hrs of anime network a month but i would also have to swap satelite boxes and stuff.

i dont know if you do, but if you live in hawaii, and have cable and sometimes sattlite, there are alot of local channels that have anime and j-doramas. i watch them all teh time.

you could try animemonday on scifi like ever monday they have interesting picks there or if you have cable you can order channel 432 animenetwork. its cool i like watching anime on the tv screen better especially if your screen was big like ours haha

btw you live in hawaii too?! lol i live on oahu

sci-fi use to have an anime day or night i dunno if its still going...or maybe it was spike....g4 sometimes has good anime too.

Hellgirl is on IFC along with the occational anime movies.
