yeah i heard of it mi sis lives in hollywood, and thats how i know and thay already had advertisments up, but i don't know why thay put it up when they have ways to go to release it...anywho i want to see it so bAd

The promo picture looks absolutely horrible. But since it's just a promo picture...hopefully that doesn't mean that the movie is bad.

New Dragonball Movie
 

Yep theres a new dragonball movie coming out, this time its for real.
I myself dont know what to think of it, but hopefully they will have done db justice and hopefully be a great movie.

Plot summary -
The story begins with a young humanoid boy named Goku, who discovers that he was sent to Earth to blend in and destroy our population but instead elects to protect it from an oncoming alien onslaught bent on dominating the universe and controlling the mystical objects. He seeks out upon his adoptive grandfather Grandpa Gohan's dying request to find the great Master Roshi and gather all seven Dragon Balls. Of which he has one, in order to prevent the evil Lord Piccolo from succeeding in his desire to use the Dragon Balls to take over the world. And Goku's quest is to obtain the mystical Dragonballs before Piccolo does.

HE'S CANADIAN, GOKU'S CANADIAN!!! CANADIAN I SAY! I now have a question... isn't that funny. But yeah, I can't wait for the movie. Hopefully it won't suck (hopefully).

I think this movie will be bad. Hopefully not as bad as the old street fighter movie, but I can't see this film being any good.

well lets hope that it does get released in 2009...theres been so many movies that i've been wanting to see that have been bumped up lately...'tis pretty darn annoying

Maybe we should watch the movie first before judging it. I dont think Goku not being asian in this film is a big deal. Goku was never an asian actually, he's an alien. Justin Chatwin is a good actor and we may never know, maybe this movie will be a great one. I'm looking forward in seeing this movie.

Ive been keeping up with this movie for years i love DB and DBZ i dont like GT at all. Ive been keeping up with the movie from a site called ign.com they have tons of info on just bout everything. The movie to to be darker then what we think but ill believe it when i see it...i pray that it wont suck...ill see it no matter what but damn please dont suck

He kind of looked white in the anime (then again everyone in anime looks white).
I think a white guy with black hair would be the most Gokuish.
