It's still in production... (the guys are cooking up some massive SFX). It's set to release April the 10th... still over 6 months away >_<

The face of Lord Piccolo? You mean the green silicon face with mustache/beard-thing? The one that was confirmed to be fake? Other than that, i have seen no other images of the face of his Highness.
And the fact of the matter is that it won't have much of a connection to Toriyamas work... at least not plot-wise. So i doubt we'll see a good DB movie, but it still has a chance of being a good movie on it's own.
