Amazing film about japanese kaiseki-cuisine

this one's obviously only for european forum-goers: comind tuesday, July 28th, the european culture-TV-station "Arté" will be premiering the documentary film "Koyamas Menu" that takes a stylish look at the kaiseki. the movie will be shown in the US as well later this year.

There's a pretty cool travel diary written by the author of the film, Ivor Plecas, on his website. It paints a pretty cool picture of how it actually feels to have a kaiseki in Koyama-san's restaurant.
