Trying to look for a certain Ultraman movie/episode

When I was in kindergarten in Korea, I remember watching a certain ultraman movie or show-episode, where a person held a toy ultraman in his hand and then transformed into a giant ultraman, and then with his hand grabbed some people who were riding mortorcycles.

Does anybody know the name of this movie or show? I want to watch it again.

It sounds like a scene I remember from the Ultraman Dyna series.

the toy ultraman was an action figure. And the guy who transformed himself into a giant ultraman was a teenager-looking guy. How he transformed: he took the action figure and stretched out his arm that held the action figure.

So it wasn't Ultraman Dyna?
