I was actually suprised this thread existed! I haven't seen that many. I like Boukenger,Gekiranger and Shinkenger the best.

I always loved J.A.K.Q. Dengekitai when I was a kid... that and Uchuu Keiji Gavan but Gavan is not a sentai....

If only the Metal Hero shows were subbed or would come back or both.

btw, super sentai for this season, the pirate motif Goukenger just aired episode 2, and from what I observed in super sentai blog and forum, it is enthuasiasly accepted by fans. and here again a blog that discussed about the Best super sentai from 2000 onward.

for metal heroes, the first trilogy (Gavan, Sharivan and Shaider) was a classic. if only this franchise survive through this era it will be great. some of Metal heroes motif being parodied in sentai also, like in Carranger and also in Dekaranger.

and that will make interesting speculation on how Power Ranger going to adapt Gokaiger's past sentai / anniversary theme. Since power ranger only started from Zyuranger. Already in Episode 1 the Gokaiger did cameo on Goranger, the first super sentai.

I think he should just make it a shorter series,cut out the teams we didn't have and throw in A-Squad.
