well not in school, cuz we gotta wear uniforms. but outside...ya we see some sometimes. me personally wud never dress like 1 at home or outside

just school lol...ive been out of kyoto for about 4 yrs now, i visit every summer tho...my english is now as fluent as ever and i dont even have the accent nemore. but i forgot so much japanese...god...
