Info needed on Where the Action Is- VHS Garage rock Compilation
 

I rented this VHS back in the late 90's from an indie video store and recently gained possession of the tape
The title is "Where the Action Is"
It is compiled by King Joe and a fanzine called "Soft, Hell!" and features more famous names like Guitar Wolf and The 5,6,7,8's as well as more obscure bands and a couple of American bands like The Oblivions and The Makers

Can anyone give me any more info about this VHS?
A lot of it is in Japanese but there is a date that says 1997

By searching in Japanese sites, I found it is no longer sold(honto - Where The Action Is - ジャパニーズポップス：Music：ネットストア) and valuated 700 JPY (about 7 US$) in a auction site(http://www.buyee.jp/item/yahoo/auction/u64691972).

And there seems to be compilation video including "Where the Action Is".
