god, i love everything about VK.
they have INCREDIBLE make up, wish i could do mine as good as them haha. the clothes are love, i wish i could get some, but they're so expensive ): they always seem to be even more feminine than most of the women i know, which is amazing lol, but they're so <333333 and then the music is awesome too, although i dont have enough of it i dont think ;p |

I really dont like the whole Visual Kei fashion, i just find it.... well thats as much as i will say so that i wont offend anyone (^^). what i do like though are the music most of these band produce, bands such as Diru, Alice nine, Nightmare, Sadie, Exist Trace, Luna sea, etc. so i dont mind them as long as they keep up with the awesome music that they do

My dad told me that Visual Kei is an expression of many different cultures. Not just European, and Japanese. ._. Said that it was a mixed.
Anyways.. I like it because of the eccentric looks. The makeup, and hair are phenomenal and add an extra pop to the incredible musical talent. I'm sure if it was just the music, I'd like it just as much. Also because it's just plain incredible. I've not seen 2 people from this forte that look alike. At all! I have a VK hair style, eyebrows, and makeup. BUT. I can't afford to dress it D: So that's where my slack comes up. xP |

I just love the style, the clothes and the make up. Whenever I buy new clothes or put on some make up making my eyes totally black and styling my hair I just feel so refreshed! I get so much strengh when I feel a bit odd and not like others. People who don't like it shouldn't care so much by my looks (but that red contact lens on my right eyes scared myself sometimes too lol) And of course it's the music too. Also seeing those close to perfection band members play in real life is sometimes too much for my little heart:rheart: I love the lyrics and the type of music, japanese is also a beautiful language. If I compare any american or swedish metal band it's not the same things as visual kei... And I think it's interesting trying to figure out what they sing about in Visual Kei because I don't understand so much japanese yet. Visual Kei is my lifestyle is it's a big part of my life. I chose it because I love it and it makes me nyappy desu! (I know nyappy is Oshare kei ^^') That's mostly why I like Visual Kei - Oh god take me to Japan! - Fate-chan deshita! :vsign: |
