animal crossing city folk japanese friends?

I was just wondering if there are actually some Japanese people here^^
Maybe even some with the game and/or Japanese items? I'd love to have Japanese friends in AC^^ Hope I'll get some replies^^

I unfortunately don't have that game... is it any good? I have ACWW on DS but I'm not sure if I should get City Folk. I'd be happy to be Wii Friends with you, thoughh :)
