English speaker looking to practice Japanese

Hi everyone, I have been living in Tokyo/Chiba for the past few months slowly learning Japanese. I am from Canada and currently teach English. I am in my 20's and I would like to find a Japanese partner to practice Japanese and in return I would be happy to talk English in exchange. I only know a few basic Japanese phrases, and I mean the REALLY basic stuff -_- I would like someone to help me learn Japanese a bit better before I start my Japanese entry level course at college in September.
