Searching for a Japanese friend
 

Hello, I'm new to this forum ^__^, but I came in search for a Japanese friend so I can exchange my Japanese on a regular basis, I found that it's very hard to pick it up if you don't live there and not using it on a day to day basis.

I mean a Japanese friend would be good but it would also be good if someone else speaks Japanese or is learning like me :)

Oh my, I don't think I'd be too much help depending on how much you know, but I am currently learning Japanese as well.

I study independently and after much of my internet lessons I studied with "My Japanese Coach" via DSi and that actually does help a lot.

Pro: You get lost, you can go over it as much as you'd like. Variety of "games" to cram that Japanese into your noodle. Also comes with a phrase book and dictionary built right in.
Con: It can become quite confusing with certain lessons.
