ouch yeah that one was a bit off there, some one is following the 矢策に神社 (yasakuni) media a bit to much, even though the emperor is a considered a decendant of ameteratsu Emperor Hirohito declared himself not a God, and Japan hasn't been involved in a military conflict in decades, they don't even have an offensive military and are worried about their small support role in Iraq.

Well...were worried. They pulled their troops home a while back.

Personally, Japanese don't even think of as a religion or something that people need to be faithful for.

Are you out of your f***** mind?

Surely there are easier ways to kill a royal family than using a warship :confused:

No, please let's NOT have tommasi expand on that insulting remark.
It was offensive enough without adding to it.:mad:

Tsubaki Grand Shrine of America

Thank you for that link. I knew there was as a shrine somewhere n the norhtwest, but had never gone searching for it. My best friend in 8th grade introduced me to Shinto though she herself was not theat well versed in it. Her grandparents were Shinto, but not her parents.

Then in college I came across a simple book that has remained in my library. "The Looking-Glass God; Shinto, Yin-Yang, and a Cosmology for Today" by Nuhum Stiskin. Its seems to be a fairly good overview for a someone more familiar with western philosophy.

Just to clear the confusion, it was a simple typo.

Warship = Worship

I was working on my research on War Strategy at the time and got mixed up.

And it was a joke anyways.

Sorry.
