"Pet friendly apartments" are rarer in Japan than the US, you may have trouble finding one. Plus the employer would then lose the key money he paid for you, you'd have to pay key money for a new place if you find one, etc. I think you may be better off leaving your dog at home, with friends, family, or another good home...

good luck with your doggie, i know i wouldn't be able to leave my beloved cat at home. I hope everything works out. He's super cute!

am not sure if they will keep your dog for you till you can get a pet friendly apartment. But as samurai said, it is hard to look for a pet friendly apartment. Even a japanese friend of mine found it hard to search for that kind of apartment. |
