where in osaka that i can buy RAM for my US notebook?

i got US sony notebook and wanna buy more RAM(512->1g).
i looked on RAM booklet at electronic stores and saw no RAM that compatiable to my model.
where can i find it?
my model is PCG-FRV37.

Try the many shops in Den Den Town, the electronics shopping area in Osaka. If one place doesn't have it, you can just try next door...

Yodobashi Camera in Umeda has an entire floor dedicated to computer parts (if Umeda is more convenient for you)
