I'm new here. I need to ask how or where I can get hold of reasonably priced 2nd hand bicycles. Thanks lot.

I am not from Japan but I just got back and I've been to this place where they had infiniti bicycles for sale (new and 2nd hand)! If I remember the name, I'll come back and let you know!

I believe craiglist now have Japan localization listing as well, you can give that a shot too
