Wanting to work in Japan

Hi. I am located in Dubai, UAE and a Recruitment professional. I need help in finding a Recruitment job in Japan. Can someone give me pieces of advice on how I could go on about it? At the moment I only know basic Japanese. I've been to Japan last April on tourist visa and I'm planning to go back to look for job opportunities. Thank you.
