My friend experienced a similar problem one time. He went to ask the people at Docomo how much his final bill would be and the cancellation fee. Then gave me the money to pay for it when he left, but when I went in the very next day they said I had to come back in a month to pay for the current month he canceled in.
What I would say is that AU did the same deal where they canceled and charged you the previous month but didn't charge for the current one. Have you received three separate bills or the just one month's? Have you called their customer service center? |
