WiFi access in Kansai? - 12-08-2008, 03:23 AM
Anyone know of cafes, libraries, or other public spaces in Kansai (especially the Nishinomiya area) where there is free WiFi access available?

I believe the Starbucks in HEP-5 in Umeda has free WiFi.
