Working at a Japanese company in London. Know an agency?

I've been plundering the search function for half an hour, and am surrendering, so apologies for this...

There was a thread last year about working in Japan wherein it was suggested that a viable route was to gain employment with a Japanese company within your own country, then seeking an internal move.

Some helpful fella (MMM, I think?) linked to a London-based agency who have a team specialising in recruitment for Japanese companies in London. Could the nice person who posted that link either send me it or direct me to the right thread?
