What experiences, if any, do people have with the Ainu people?
Has anyone seen one/met one? Do they still speak the Ainu language? What are the Japanese attitudes towards the Ainu? Etc. Etc. From what I've gathered, their culture is similar to that of the Native Alaskans, which I'm quite familiar with...
