A question about teaching English in Japan.

So, I was wondering (and if this has already been asked, please forgive me) would one need to know full Japanese to teach English in Japan?

Nope :) Although I've heard if you have some Japanese skill it's easier to find a job with a private company, and it would certainly make life easier.

Being as there are lazy teachers living in bubbles of English who can`t speak more than a few words after being in Japan for 10+ years...
I`d say it`s probably not a requirement.

Not a requirement at all, just a very, very good idea.
