apartments and landlords
 

This question goes to anyone whose owned or has knowledge about apartments in Japan. I've been curious about this for ahwile. What is a landlord REQUIRED to do by law? Say updating the apartment, paying (insert bill) just any service that they have to do for their tenents.(spelling?) Thanks in advance!
