renting business premises in Japan

I`m new to this site so apologies if this is in the wrong section.

I would like to know if anyone has any information about the hidden costs of renting business premises in Japan? Aside from the rent, gas, electric and water - that goes without saying, what other costs are there for every day running? My fear is another chunk of city tax or something and if so, how do they calculate it?

Can anyone help?
