10 years working at one place...
I once heard that if you work for the same company in the US for 10 years that there are some Japanese companies that will hire you.
Is this true? Or has anyone heard a similar story? |

There are other factors which are much more important. Japanese language skill, education, etc. |
Given hiring patterns in the U.S. these days, I would have questions about how you stayed 10 years and then why you wanted to leave an employer you had been with that long.
While that endurance is usually good, more often these days I have seen some who have just scraped by on reviews, but while they are not really good for the business are not of a problem to go through the legalities of terminating. |
I think I herd it on a forum long ago.
I wouldn't mind leaving my job to live and work in Japan. I don't have a bachelor degree.. I have like 40 college credits. My Japanese skill is high intermediate. That would be super cool if a company would sponsor a working visa for me.. Though I know that seems super impossible.. |
