Studying Japanese in Japan

Are there any universities in Japan that teach Japanese to foreigners? I'm not talking about a semester, but a bachelors degree.

Well there aren't many, but I think this would be one -JALT | Learning to Teach, Teaching to Learn. I am not sure if they teach Japanese, but I know they teach other ones. It is located in Tokyo. Good luck!
