Looking at Graduate School in Japan Please Help

Hey again everyone I posted on here asking for info about Japan and then about my trip as an exchange student to Japan (for undergrad), now I'm looking to go to graduate school full time in Japan.

I am looking at Waseda University. I have read all the admission info I can get and even requested info, however I haven't received anything yet. I was wondering if someone could help me understand their admission process. I live in the U.S. so I would be an international student and be applying from outside Japan.

The way I read it you collect all your forms and information and send it in between April 8 - 15. Am I right or wrong in my interpretation???

Also if you go to or know anything about Waseda's Asian studies program I'm open to any information.
