plz help me ( is it possible )

hi everyone I'm student in university,I study english and I'm in the first year..
and I wanna to know if it is possible to move to japan in the third (3) year..
I mean after getting my deug ( passing two years in university) can I transfer to any japanese university plz help me......

Have you read any of the posts asking the same question in the section you are posting in?
