finding job/something to do in japan for a month -
01-30-2012, 03:29 PM
I will be going to Japan from the middle of June and want something to do such as a job up until my family comes to visit in mid July, by which time i'd like to try and show them around. I've been to japan travelling many times so i'm much more interested in trying to improve my japanese, either through Japanese language school or work. However to find a job or go to school in a month might not really be worth it. I was wondering if anyone has any ideas of possible things that i could do in the space of a month. Recommeded jobs e.t.c preferably in tokyo, but anywhere is fine.
Thank you very much, Jamie xx |

Do you have a work/working holiday visa? Even if you do, finding an employer to hire you for a month may be tough.
My suggestion would be go to Tohoku and volunteer. It'll still cost you some money but it'll be a perfect way to spend a month. If you'd like to follow up on this, please join japanologic.com . This forum is going down the drain... |
