I have experience more than 7 years in IT,,, I I'm now in Indonesia,,, How to work in Japan ??? It's depend on our degree or our skill ?

Try looking at JDV International, or Etype.jp .
There are lots of companies in Tokyo, that does not require Japanese Skill but competition on that is high.
