You will note that they make no mention of paying people to do this job. I assume there will be some sort of commission based payments, but I guess they would do so after a successful application.

When you mention sites, it makes me think of websites which is not what they write about. thecoolhunter.net focuses primarily on architecture, clothing, art/design, restaurants, clubs, hotels, transportation and electronic gadgets.
