Looking for Japanese Pen Pal around my Age

I know very little japanese and would like to learn more. I need someone to practice with me. I want to practice simple conversations maybe through I.M.
I always wanted to learn Japanese. I would like someone that has a lot of patience. I'm a slow learner. Any help would be appreciated.
