You shouldn't only want to be friends with people because they're Japanese. |
Hello~
I'm not Japanese. But WELCOME~ to Japan Forum~!!!! :] |
I think you misunderstood me.
I think you should be friends with someone because you have the same interesses, not because of their nationality. |
du'uh
if u end up befriending a lot of friends with the same habits, hobbies
you don't tend to learn a lot of new things |
ftriendship
friendship if on a new basis is all about learnig other ppl
|
well if you find some friends ask them for more people who like to have contact to foreigners. (ausländer!?)
sorry for bad english, i'm german. @ carol i understand what you mean. :) btw is here anybody who doesn't like J-Pop/Rock? i think many guys in here just know about J-Style and hello kitty. i'm angry about those people. that's not japan. they think japan and japanese people is/are better than their country. that's not right. but i understand people (me too) who want to know people from japan because they want to travel there somewhere in the future. :ywave: |

Sure, you can learn a lot from friends, but if there is not a 'click' and only 'a preferred nationality', then I don't think you'll be good friends. For myself, I don't like it when people are only interested in me because I'm Chinese/Asian and are like: "OMG, you're Chinese/Asian? Let's be friends! ^^ '' But you're right, it's your own business. And since I'm not a Japanese, I shouldn't be posting in this topic so I'm gonna bounce. |
I'm half- Japanese and AnimeGod scares me..........alot. And I agree whole-heartedly with you Carol
|
I would like to speak with someone from Japan, just to learn from a good source about life over there. I hope to live there in the future and want to know a few things, like how women's rights are progressing and are all the toilets squat-style.
