Looking for someone that has a Japanese IP address and is willing to trade IP regions.

Will provide:
Root access to a Linux box with static USA IP
( 20 Mbit/s Upload and Download Fiber Optic Connection )
In exchange for:

Root access to a Linux box with a static / dynamic Japanese
OR
VPN access to a static / dynamic Japanese IP
)
Of speed of 5Mbit/s up/down or higher .

My Purpose: I want to be able to download videos I've paid for from the Japanese PlayStation Store.

Allowed applications for 20Mbit service: Internet Proxy, web server (non-port 80), image host, storage, whatever. As long as it is LEGAL. As long as you don't do something you know is wrong, you can use the connection for whatever you want.
