I visited tokyo in november and met akiko, in shinjuku, I got her email, but it wasn,t very clear. I,ve tried to email her, but had no luck. can anyone please put me in touch with her as I really liked her and felt we had a connection. john

Umm there is probably hundreds of people with that name. I reckon you are out of luck. You could try Facebook but beyond that it's not going to happen unless you have way more info than her name. Sorry.

Out of curiosity what was so unclear about her email?

This is a cross-culture board so im going to just say that as far as I know in Japan the fact that this person has not contacted you back may mean that although it was fun to meet you anything you had is now in the past.

yeah, that is why I asked about the circumstances of the email, because more than likely she is not interested in pursuing anything, and was just being polite.
