English(and Norwegian)/Japanese exchange and friendly chats in Manchester!

Hello!
I am studying Japanese and International Business in my first year at Uni in Liverpool. I live in Manchester and as a result, miss out on most social gatherings and events.

I am going to Japan for my third year, and I would really like to meet up with someone (pref Japanese, but don't have to be) who speaks Japanese fluiently. We do little to no spoken practice in class(aside form reading form the text books), and the same goes for listening(which is really awkward now that oral and aural exams are coming up) so I would like to practice with someone!

I am from Norway, but speak English as well as any other local so I can help people studying English (and even Norwegian) with what ever issues they might have.

It would be very nice to sit down with a coffee or lunch, or even some drinks and discuss world problems and the like with someone form Japan!
