My Poems -
02-24-2009, 07:30 PM
Hey everyone!
I figured I could make my own topic here because I'll be posting quite a few. It's not that I'm egoistic and can't share a topic with others; in fact, you're free to post your own poems here! Maybe have some discussion about what they could mean, and stuff like that So here is the first poem. It's alled Aftermath. Cold and thirsty Insides squirming Her eyes Misty Watery She's starving Rain is filthy Toxic Berries make her sick Gone without a trace Tattered clothing On her skin Wind whips her face Blood trickling Down her chin Punished for prying Authorities lying Useless trying Bleeding and dying Wounded Lost Crying Bombs above flying She's not the only one Millions around her Similar story They lost The kings won Millions around her Abandoned and gory |

Thank you =)
Ahem, here is another entitled "Snow": Outside this window Everything is white Winter's snow Is a white sheet that lies Even in the deep night An unlit room is brighter Winter's snow Is a white sheet that lies Even in the morning light A snowy expanse is darker than dirt Winter's snow Is a white sheet that lies Outside this window Summer seems like a sweet fable Winter's snow Is a veil that hides our cries and here is one entitled "By the tip of the third edge": On early spring I'm a late fall Spinning sphere In fright and spite I stand alone here By myself I have nothing My dream, this wall Come to fear Chasing hymns I stand alone here By myself Spent my last gold I've reached no goals Drench the bowl I steal my seeds before I die By myself Fightning speakers Records screaming Feed my soul With stolen seeds before I die By myself The end, snowy Mornings, breezy Earthly songs Insane chantings seem to find me By myself My eyes, streaming Sunburst paintings All my wrongs Scrambled chorus seem to find me By myself I may have posted Snow before. But I couldn't find it, so I posted it again. I get my new computer today so I'm looking forward to writing a new poem! ^_^ Oh, and don't forget to share your poems! Brain fodder is nice |
