Backgrounds. Unless it's set outside with a kind of landscape thing going on, but anything indoors, and especially machinery, I need a tonne and a half of photo refs.

Hands are pretty hard for me. Hands and Arms. I've become alittle better with them but they still give me trouble.

They don't look too bad to me; if anything's off in that picture it's that oddly shaped thigh!

I hate feet and lower legs, and they hate me right back, which is why most of my characters wind up wearing big baggy pants, with big blocky shoes!
Also, when I draw my lead character (she's the one over in that "help me name my character" thread) I tend to mess up the head-to-shoulder/upper torso proportions; IE: Her upper body is always a little on the small side.
Here's a link to my Deviant Art page and an excellent example of this problem:

REALLY??? Because my only problem is drawing guys!!! I guess because I'm a chick, and so I've drawn chicks all my life. :/

Drawing Tips!: Start your drawings light and sketchey, this makes correcting mistakes easier, and you may find that you draw better when you work quickly and don't overthink the shapes you are trying to make.

That said, think about all the smaller shapes that make up any object or group of objects and concentrate on how they fit together.

Make sure you spend plenty of time observing and studying the things you want to draw, and don't be afraid to go get pictures of your subject matter to use as "references".

Also: Practice, practice, practice. There's no wrong method to drawing, so find your comfortable style and keep practicing. But don't ever get bogged down with one way of doing things; change your methods whenever you figure out a better way to do something. If you Practice all the time, you'd be surprised how much you will simply teach yourself. :D

Necks.
Sometimes hands.
Thighs.
Hats.
I find it easier to draw a woman than a man, though.
