I noticed Tenchu posted a telephone number, however, if it is correct, I very much doubt that calling the prison will afford you any information from them. Getting information from the Japanese side can be an absolute impossibilty at the best of times. This also applies to the Hague and governments around the world, unless of course you are "Japanese"
