I think there should be a Japanese Shoping Forum covering all the shopping aspects of Japan

I sort of think that would fall into the "Living in Japan" category, as it is only something you can really accomplish while living in Japan.

I don`t really think that there is enough variety to topics on shopping to warrant anything other than, say, a thread or two.
