A couple of Japanese girls showing off their Harajuku Fashion. I guess the one on the left is some sort of lolita and the one on the right - who knows? Update - these girls are cosplaying band members from Vidoll and Phantasmagoria. Thanks to KeiichiSamurai and Mattleninja for the info.
