This pretty Japanese girl with really tall boots was hanging out with the cosplayers in Harajuku. I'm not sure if her fashion is supposed to be cosplay, but her skirt was very very short - if you can call that a skirt at all. More like a jacket with a slip. Anyways, she looks more Shibuya 109 gyaru than Harajuku lolita or cosplayer with the blonde hair, makeup, boots, and short skirt.
