What is your opinion about it?
My opinion about it is, other than mostly being a gore fest, its really good. I think the gore is part of what makes Higurashi so great. I actually wish there was more of it (because I'm weird like that)! It's one of my favorite animes

Higurashi is really nice^^ the first season has 23 ep? and the second one is named "Higurashi no naku koro ni kai" for those who don´t know yet^^ but the best are the frist ep they are horror like no other XD

I have a bunch of the episodes , I just have not got around to watching it yet. I am trying to get caught up on Tales from the Abyss first. Anyways, seems like a popular series right now and quite a few fansub groups picked it up. I think a few might have dropped it already but WinD and Shinsen are still subbing it.
