I'm most likely going to the New York one. I can't wait >.< I found out too late last year, so I'll die if I don't go this year unless L'Arc~en~Ciel magically comes here on tour

You should definitely go this year (and I wish L'Arc would tour too, but that'd be hard seeing as how Hyde is touring with Vamps )
