Hmmm... I'd have to say Fruits Basket and Ouran High School Host Club.
Fruits Basket, I felt was just too short and I would've liked to see Kyo and Tohru's relationship develope (along with Yuki's) like in the manga. Ouran High School Host Club... ohmigosh. I got so pissed when they didn't end up kissing in the end. >< So, I'm just hoping that they'd somehow continue it. I'd say Yu-Gi-Oh! as well, because I absolutely loved the series, but I think Kazuki Takahashi stopped at a right time. A part of me would have liked to see it continue and a part of me doesn't. I just don't like the fact that Yu-Gi-Oh! GX totally killed YGO for a lot of people. I don't know, I think it's okay though he ended it. I mean, I wouldn't want it to be like a series like Pokemon that goes on and on forever. Never Take 'I love you', lightly.

Samurai Champloo I wish they had never stop traveling together and the ending was such a disappointment, I thought they would all had died or did something dramatic to end the series.
Cowboy Bebop, I wish they would had explain a bit more about Spike and Juila relationship for I didn't even get to know what was going on, only that Spike love Juila, and get killed by Vicious and that's all folks.

lucky star-omg such a shame that this serise ended it would be a dream come true if this serise would be able to go on
ichigo 100%- so who the hell did he choose in the end sure its obvious but we have to see and hear it for it to be cool
