Well, he's not quite a anime character, but pretty close to it:
Ryuji Yamazaki:  I am about the same height, have the same dressing style and similar facial features... i guess i just need to dye my hair and *cough* work out a bit *cough*

I dunno...i have a really round face, dark brown wavy hair, halfway down my back, my skin color is kinda like a dark olive color(im mexican-american)...anyone know an anime character that i look like...?
