Funniest . . . hmm
--'Fruits Basket' had some hilarious moments --'Hayate no Gotoku' poked fun at just about everything in the entire genre but you had to be a familiar with a lot of different animes to get the references and jokes --'Tsukuyomi, Moon Phase', 'Chobits' and 'Kanokon' all had good chuckles throughout too --I didn't really care for 'Excel Saga'

Hmm.. ouran high school host club, Full metal panic FUMOFFO, special A, school rumble, itazura na kiss, onegai teacher, onegai twins, rurouni kenshin, ..
those are the funniest anime that I can think of but ouran high school host club is the best ^^ I look it this way: I'm normal; the rest of the world is weird
